Luxor Temple

Luxor Temple was built for the worship of Amun-Re, the death and Khonsu, the gods also called the title of the Trinity Tibi, on the old foundation established during the periods of the Middle Kingdom and the era of transition II and the beginning of the modern state.
The most important temple of existing buildings are those built by the kings Amenhotep III - From the Eighteenth Dynasty, Ramesses II - from the Nineteenth Dynasty.
The cabin was destroyed three that had been built before, in the reign of Queen Hatshepsut and King Thutmose III of the Eighteenth Dynasty; and then rebuilt in the reign of King Ramses II.
The kings in the later periods change some of the mural inscriptions, eg, scenes of rejoicing "Shepenwepet" from the reigns of Tutankhamun and Horemheb; as well as scenes of the sacred boat cabin in the era of Alexander the Great.
